Day Of Tour Info

We recommend wearing synthetic layers, some sort of light sweatshirt and a waterproof jacket. It’s always a great idea to have something to add or shed to adjust to temperature changes.
It is important to wear comfortable, flexible shoes like sandals, sneakers, or water shoes. Big boots can make it hard to sit in the kayaks.
Also be sure to check the weather before your tour so that you are prepared in the chance it rains!
If it does rain unexpectedly, we’ve got you covered! We are prepared to provide you rain gear if you come without it.

We operate with Necky and Looksha T 18 foot tandem kayaks. You sit inside of the kayak and we provide you a spray skirt to go around the “cockpit” to keep you dry while you paddle.
Every guests is required to paddle in a tandem, if you have an odd number, you will be assigned a seat with a guide or another participant without a kayaking partner.
