- Need To Cancel? -

• All cancelations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Even if we cancel the tour for any reason, we will refund you, the full amount of your reservation, minus the 3% cancellation fee.

• You can cancel your kayak adventure with us 7 days before the scheduled tour to receive a full refund, minus the 3% cancellation fee.

• We are unable to process refunds for guests who need to cancel within 7 days of your reservation unless your reason for cancellation is listed below. Please reach out to us if you need to cancel within 7 days of your reservation to explore all options.

- Cancelled Due To Weather Conditions -

We do not cancel guided tours because of rain. Sitka is located in a rainforest and we do enjoy occasional doses of “liquid maintenance” to keep the forest lush and beautiful. Fortunately, rain has no effect on safety and very little effect on the paddling experience.

We will cancel guided tours if we determine paddling conditions to be unsafe: strong wind, very choppy seas, greatly reduced visibility, or a combination thereof. These conditions don’t occur often, but when they do, the safety of our guests is our highest priority.

If we do cancel due to weather, or because your cruise ship is delayed or has changed its itinerary, you will receive a full refund minus the 3% refund fee.

- Cruise Ship Cancellations -

If for some reason your cruise ship misses port you will receive a full refund minus the 3% refund fee.
